GREETING

Dear friends and respected YES members,

We warmly congratulate you on the 10th anniversary of YES Mongolia.

What began in 2015 from the initiative of Nyam-Osoryn Uchral—then among friends—has grown into an organization that unites more than 3,600 young leaders across sectors. Personally, having been involved since YES Mongolia was founded, I am honored to serve as President at this milestone tenth anniversary.

Thanks to the dedication of successive leaders and the initiative of our members, we now have branch councils in 21 aimags and 9 districts nationwide. In 2025 we opened our first overseas councils in Japan and the Republic of Korea, and we are preparing councils in Thailand and the United States.

YES members value friendship and unite around shared ideals. Since our founding we have built professional committees to support members’ careers and sector growth. Today eleven committees operate as the main spaces for learning, exchange, and joint initiatives.

As we grow, policy renewal is essential. In 2025, as President, I convened the Board of Directors twice; we adopted our vision, mission, annual goals, and structural renewal to anchor a member-centered policy.

Going forward we will prioritize members’ development and an open, inclusive environment where every member can lead. Interest- and lifestyle-based clubs will diversify participation and strengthen our culture.

This anniversary year has brought moments of pride and inspiration. The election of founder and Policy Council member N. Uchral as leader of the Mongolian People’s Party and appointment as Speaker of Parliament affirms our values nationwide. It also calls for greater responsibility, ethics, and leadership from YES members.

The YES story continues. Together we will keep saying YES to Mongolia’s future.
